Come and try out this fabulous
and fun form of tap & step dancing! Everyone is
welcome no matter how much or how little dance
experience you’ve had. We take things slow and dance

This is a terrific aerobic workout intended for all
ages. Feel free to wear comfortable clothing and a
pair of running shoes or tap shoes if you have.

Zumba Toning

When it comes to body sculpting,
Zumba Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning
stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting
exercises and high-energy cardio work with
Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a

fitness-party. Students learn how to use
lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance
rhythm and tone all their target zones, including
arms, abs, glutes and thighs. Zumba Toning is the

Beginners Walking Group:

Low Impact walking program uses
more than 90% of your body’s muscles! This is great
exercise to strengthening core muscles, upper body
and losing weight. Poles are optional for those
who wish to have someone to walk with. Poles are
provided. Classes consist of warm-up, poling and
stretching. Outdoor – appropriate clothing and
footwear necessary.

Activator Poles

For those currently not too active
or wanting to effectively learn how to use the poles
for rehabilitation purpose. The Activator poles were
developed for those currently not too active, those
recovering from injuries and older adults who
require more stability and balance when walking. We
will start slowly walking indoor (with the poles)
and progress walking outside.
Will resume in the Spring

Nordic Pole Walking
(Different levels available)
Nordic Pole Walking is a moderate
low impact walking activity suitable for everyone,
showing greater and instant health benefits over
regular walking. Nordic Walking can be adapted to
individual fitness levels. It isn’t just for the
fitness enthusiast who wants a high-intensity, total
body aerobic workout. Virtually everyone who can
walk, and many who have difficulty walking, can go
Nordic Walking. This is great exercise to
strengthening core muscles, upper body and losing
weight. Classes consist of warm-up, poling and
stretching. Regular walkers welcome at all levels.
Outdoor Fitness – appropriate clothing and footwear
necessary. The use of poles will be available for
all classes except Trail Walkers.

This course will show you how to put Skype on your
computer and how to use its free person to person
voice and video pictures features. The computer lab
is now equipped with web cams and the programs. So
sign up if you are interested in learning more. ( If
you have your own favorite headphone that you use
with your computer or music system bring it along to
